Shipping Policy

Club Bombshell is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages that are not covered with Package Protection.

Club Bombshell is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as 'Delivered' by the carrier. We do not issue credits, refunds, or reshipments for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. We recommend contacting your post office for further information on your delivery. They will be able to give you the best resolution for your package.

Processing Times

Please allow 1-2 business days processing time.

Contact us at info@clubbombshell.co if there are any edits to your order or changes to your shipping address before it is processed. We are not able to change your shipping address once it has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please notify us if there has been no movement on your package after 7 business days. Any notifications after 30 days are outside of the time frame and therefore, cannot be assisted. 

Address Change & International Shipping

Club Bombshell is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If your address needs editing, please email us as soon as possible at info@clubbombshell.co so we can update it as long as the order has not already been processed. We are not responsible for packages with incorrect addresses once they are in transit or marked as 'delivered' by the carrier. 

Shipping Rates will be higher depending on the weight and destination of your package. You can check your shipping rate on the checkout page. 

Customs fees

Custom fees are charged by your country and are not the responsibility of Club Bombshell. Each country has different customs regulations. For more information please contact your local customs department.
